We will reserve the vehicle for two days from the date of your payment confirmation email.

We offer home delivery; speak to our Sales Team for more information.

We use Stripe, a secure verified payment provider. Find more information about Stripe here. We do not store any of your card details.

If you change your mind, we will refund your reservation in full. To cancel, simply contact the retailer where the reserved vehicle is located. You will need to provide your name, reservation number, and the vehicle you reserved to help us identify you. Then, the retailer will be able to issue a refund.

We will ask you to provide some of your personal details and your card payment information. Once you click “submit payment”, the £99 fee will be debited from your account. You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges receipt of payment. This is not an acceptance of the order, as we need to ensure that the vehicle hasn’t been sold at the retailer while the reservation process was underway. If the vehicle has not been sold, it will be reserved for 48 hours and a member of the Sales Team will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps, including a test drive.
