Reserve the vehicle of your choice with a £99 fully-refundable reservation fee. Alternatively, you will be guided through the online purchase process, through which all finance application paperwork can be completed – all from the comfort of your own home.

Do  you have a part exchange? All makes and models are taken in part exchange. Value your vehicle and we will provide you with a guide of its worth towards the purchase of your new vehicle.

Following your decision to purchase a vehicle, we will arrange all paperwork, which can be done remotely if you prefer. Your selected vehicle will be ready to inspect and drive away at a suitable time for you. We also offer home deliveries; contact your retailer for more information.

Click and Collect from the branch where your new car is located. You will get your new car faster, and in most cases, you can collect your car within only 48 hours of your finance being approved.

Delivery to a Branch Near You

Distance doesn’t have to be an issue! Heritage Automotive can deliver your car to your closest branch. We will aim to do so within seven days of your finance being approved. Once your car arrives, you can collect it at the branch you chose.

We will reserve your vehicle for two days from the date of your payment confirmation email.

Heritage Automotive uses Stripe, a secure and verified payment provider. Find out more about Stripe here. We do not store any of your card details.

If you change your mind, we will refund your reservation in full. To cancel, simply contact the retailer where the reserved vehicle is located. You will need to provide your name, reservation number, and the vehicle you reserved to help us identify you. Then, the retailer will be able to issue a refund.

When you reserve a vehicle online, we will ask you to provide some of your personal details and your card payment information. Once you click “submit payment”, the £99 fee will be debited from your account. You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges receipt of payment. This is not an acceptance of the order, as we need to ensure that the vehicle hasn’t been sold at the retailer while the reservation process was underway. If the vehicle has not been sold, it will be reserved for 48 hours and a member of the Sales Team will be in touch with you to discuss the next steps, including a test drive.

Yes, the reservation is used to not only secure your vehicle, but also goes towards your deposit. Speak to a member of our Sales Team for more information.

Yes! Speak to a member of our Sales Team at your preferred retailer. They will help you with any queries and continue your application.

Yes! You can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your vehicle purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange, this needs to be settled as part of the transaction. Any amount left after settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit. Please speak to a member of our Sales Team, who will assist you during this process.
